- Claim designs as your own
- Publish, sell, or distribute modified versions of digital files
- Use digital files to produce goods for sale without explicit written permission
You may:
- Print free or purchased digital files for personal use (and educational use where stated)
- Use physical products as originally intended
3) Product Safety & User Responsibility
Some products sold by F3DS are accessories or components intended for educational, recreational, or hobbyist use.
F3DS is not liable for:
- Misuse or improper installation
- Personal injury
- Damage to equipment
- Modifications made by the user
You are responsible for safe handling and ensuring your use complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
4) Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree that:
- The information you provide (shipping address, contact info, etc.) is accurate
- Your payment method is authorized for the purchase
- You will review your cart before checkout
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order we suspect to be fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful.
5) Shipping Policy (Physical Products)
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Made-to-order or specialty items may require additional lead time.
Shipping Methods
We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on item contents, size, weight, and destination.
Tracking
A tracking number is automatically emailed once your order is fulfilled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment is marked Delivered, F3DS is not responsible for refunding or replacing lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the carrier or your local post office for assistance. If needed, we can provide order details to support a carrier claim.
6) Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)
Eligibility
Returns are accepted for:
- Incorrect items
- Items damaged during shipping
- Manufacturing defects
Returns are not accepted for:
- Items damaged through improper use or installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as such)
Return Window
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to begin a return.
Return Condition
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Containing all included components and hardware
Refund Method
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
7) Digital Files Policy (STL / CAD / Blueprint)
All digital file purchases are final.
Due to the nature of downloadable content:
- Digital files cannot be returned or refunded
- Downloads are considered “used” once accessed
- Files are provided “as-is” unless otherwise stated
- Digital files are for personal and educational use unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Digital files may not be used to produce goods for sale without explicit written permission
If you encounter a corrupted file or download issue, contact us and we will re-issue the file or provide a working download link.
8) Order Cancellations & Exchanges
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before an order enters production or ships.
After shipment — or after downloading a digital file — cancellations are no longer possible.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only when:
- An incorrect item was sent, or
- A product is defective on arrival
Exchanges for preference changes are not available.
9) Limitation of Liability
F3DS is not responsible for:
- Interruptions or errors on the website
- Losses arising from improper product use
- Data loss or account compromise
- Third-party technical failures (payment processors, carriers, hosting providers, etc.)
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
10) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Store Policies at any time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.
